L. LeGrand Price
Chief Financial Officer
Lee Price joined Learnframe in March 2000 as the company’s skilled
Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Learnframe, Mr. Price held numerous
senior executive positions with successful companies. His experience includes
President and COO of W.L.P. Corporation, a holding company for undervalued
and troubled companies, Chairman of Creditor’s Committee for Bonneville
Pacific Corporation and CFO/Sr. Vice President of Administration for IML
Freight, a nationwide transportation company. Mr. Price has also held
positions with AMTRAK, as well as with Haskins and Sells (Deloitte and
Touche). Mr. Price received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
from Brigham Young University, with a double minor in Business Management
and Economics. As CFO, Mr. Price is responsible for leading the company’s
financial efforts and working with Learnframe’s shareholders.
